90% guys in this world want to develop hard set of ripped abs that provides great look. There is lot of products available in the market such as infomercials selling pills, machines, powders, herbs and many more for getting hard chiseled abs. But if you want to get healthier set of ripped abs then only abs equipments and supplements are not sufficient. You have to add some more efforts to get a good looking set of abs.

There are two major facts that will be played a vital role in order to develop perfect or healthy chiseled abs. First fact is that you need to build or develop your core muscles and second one is that you have to reduce extra fat that collected on top of your abdominal muscles. Let’s talk about how to implement these two major facts in developing a cool set of abs.

For developing core muscles you have to do crunches that will be very beneficial for you. For abdominal crunches first you need to lie on the floor, bend you knees, feet flat on floor. After that cross your arms in front of chest and try to pull your shoulder (about 1 inch) towards your knees with the help of abdominal muscles when you exhaling. Don’t use your entire back in this crunch you just need to lift your upper back only. At the time of inhaling, return to floor slowly. You need to do this exercise in two sets of 10 and you can take a break for 1 to 2 minutes between sets.

To perform this you need to take in oblique side bends and also knee ups. Hold a dumbbell in both hands to do oblique side bends. First of all bend your upper portion to the right back up and to the left keeping yourself standing straight. To complete knee ups hold into a pull-up bar then just keep your legs together and pull your legs to your upper portion, wait a while and then came back in earlier position. This work out will help your upper, lower and side portions of the abdominal muscles it will develop your core muscles.

You have to take a proper diet for reducing or burning off the excessive fat that collected around your abdominal muscles. A healthy diet is a key factor that supplies appropriate nutrition to build blocks that helps you to develop your six pack abs. Try to involve complex carbohydrate or at least 1 gram protein per pound of your body weight in your diet. For that you need to eat the food such as oatmeal, olive oil, whole grain breads, fruits, vegetables, nuts, eggs, natural peanut butter, chicken, lean meats, fish, seafood, protein, green tea and water. You should eat 4 to 6 smaller meals per day instead of 3 big meals through which your body get proper nutrition to build or shred your six pack abs.
